Owner / Nurse Care Coordinator

“My goal has always been to assist people to achieve their best possible health.  In my experience, I have found this is best achieved by collaborating with medical providers, community services, family, friends and providing health management and education.  My approach to the care coordination I provide has always been person centered.  This has assured the development of the plan of care always has my client’s goals, wishes and safety at the core.”

Michelle Kissinger, RN BSN

Michelle received a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and a minor in Thanatology from the University of Rhode Island in 2010.  Since that time, she has worked in an acute care setting and more recently in the out patient primary care environment.  She has worked as a nurse care coordinator supporting seven to nine providers across two to three offices.  She is currently member of the leadership team for RISN (Rhode Island Senior Network) and has an affiliation with AAACN (American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses).

As a Nurse Care Coordinator, she has gained an extensive knowledge of care across the health care continuum.  This has helped her assist her patients to achieve optimal outcomes in their health, mobility and maybe most of all, quality of life.
